Dr Adeel Riaz is an experienced healthcare manager and a Consultant in Family Medicine with special interest in chronic disease management. Dr Riaz was trained in the United Kingdom where he completed his training and postgraduate qualifications in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. He also gained significant experience in the above fields while working at various hospitals and health centres in England.
Dr Adeel Riaz was hired by Dr Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Saudi Arabia in 2013 and was later appointed as the Chief of Staff at the prestigious KAUST Medical Centre in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Under his leadership KAUST Health (KAUST Medical Centre) has developed in to a modern ambulatory care centre offering holistic health care to the well sought after population of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. KAUST Health recently acquired her first Joint Commission International Accreditation, which was led and supervised by Dr Riaz. He also holds regular clinics in the medical centre for pre-booked patients to benefit the community from his medical expertise.
Dr Riaz is also a keen deep sea diver and passes his free time by exploring the depths of the Red Sea.
